36 Park is a luxury apartment located in St. Louis Park, MN. Great West Mechanical supplied and installed all the plumbing systems. This design-build required the use of our Trimble Total Station to layout plumbing sleeves in the post-tensioned structure. Sleeve locations are very critical and Great West successfully laid out over 7,500 plumbing sleeves throughout the 12 story structure.
