The Island is a luxury apartment located in Minnetonka, MN. Like the name suggests, this project was constructed on a 12-acre private island. Great West Mechanical supplied and installed all of the plumbing and HVAC systems. Constructing a project on an island introduces additional obstacles, but Great West took on the challenge and was successful.
